BOOKING POLICY
All bookings require a Booking Fee (per treatment) payable upon booking, which is non-refundable. Your booking fee will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day.
New client welcome voucher is not redeemable during December.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Your exclusive 1 to 1 appointment reservation is very important to us so please make sure you read and accept the following terms and policies:

You agree it is your responsibility to inform La Petite Nail Bar of any known health condition or medication that may prevent and, or cause a problem for you when receiving a treatment.
​
You confirm you are over the age of 18. If under the age of 18 you will be accompanied by a parent or guardian (under 18's must call the salon prior to booking appointments). A parental consent form will need to be completed prior to your appointment.

You acknowledge there is a cancellation policy (terms detailed below and on our booking site) and you agree to provide La Petite Nail Bar at least 48 hours notice of any changes.

All bookings require a non-refundable booking fee at the time of booking. Your appointment will not be confirmed until this is received.

Booking fees are fixed at 50% per treatment, accumulated for multiple treatment bookings, and paid for in one payment.
​
In the event of needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 48 hours notice is required and the booking fee will be transferred to a future appointment.

Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in the loss of the booking fee and the remaining balance being owed to La Petite Nail Bar .

If we received less than 24 hours notice we will endeavour to fill your appointment with another client. If successful, your remaining balance will not be charged.

If you fail to show for an appointment, your treatment will be charged at full price.

If part of the appointment is changed or cancelled within 48 hours, the full price of the treatment, as booked, will remain payable in full on departure.

6 minutes plus lateness will be deemed as failure to show and your treatment will be charged at full price.

In the instance of pre-notified lateness, if we can still fit in part of your treatment we will endeavour to perform the most important part of the treatment and the full price of the treatment at the time of booking will remain payable upon departure.
Arriving Early For Your Appointment
If you arrive early, please wait in your car until your appointment time.

Any issues in the first 48 hours may be fixed free of charge, anything outside of 48 hours is payable.
​
Short, bitten or damaged nails may require maintenance sooner than the usual 2 weeks.
